The training courses are divided into 3 levels:
A. Discovery: For everyone. These courses use visual arts as a fun means of reducing stress, improving mood, increasing positive emotions, and stimulating mutual understanding and team cooperation.
B. Engagement: For team leaders and up, with a focus on key qualities and skills such as intelligence, creativity, logical and critical thinking. These factors help the team leader develop themselves and their team’s capacity and performance.
C. Development: For line managers and upper management levels, emphasizing advanced leadership qualities and insights, such as emotional intelligence and talent planning. These factors help line managers cultivate their leadership capacity and enhance the growth of their units.
Each training course is implemented in 1 day. Participants of the courses will then introduce their plan to apply the knowledge and skills gained from the courses to work and life with the trainer. The training effectiveness assessment will be conducted the first time around 3 months and the second time around 6 months after the training.

Dr. Minh-Anh Nguyen
Director of the Institute of International Education
Dr. Minh-Anh Nguyen holds a PhD in Psychology, with more than 18 years of experience as a Psychology and Art therapy researcher, higher education leader, corporate trainer, and practitioner. He is now the Director of the Institute of International Education, Director of the Center for General Education & Innovation, and Head of the Office or Research and International Cooperation at Thai Binh Duong University.
As a people development expert, Dr. Nguyen has provided corporations with training and consultancy on human resources and behavior, including Deutsche Bank, DuPont, IBM, Intel, Johnson & Johnson, Novaland, TTC Group and during his Fulbright Scholar appointment in the United States, he taught at the University College Absalon (Denmark), Drexel University (Philadelphia, USA), One-to-World Organization (New York City, USA), John F Kennedy University (Berkeley, USA), and University of Hawai’i (Honolulu, USA).
Foreign affairs and international cooperation are the unique strengths of Dr. Nguyen. He served as the Head of Research & International Cooperation Office at the National College of Education and Hoa Sen University respectively and was the founding Chair of the Department of Liberal Arts at Hoa Sen University. At the VinFuture Foundation, he represented Vietnam to the science and technology world, and hosted globally most prominent scientists and inventors.
Dr. Minh-Anh Nguyen has in-depth knowledge of applied Psychology in training and developing human resources for businesses. He is fluent in Vietnamese, English and Russian.
Nguyen Tran Bao Trinh
Deputy Director of the Center for General Education and Innovation, Thai Binh Duong University
Trinh’s interests revolve around issues of gender, culture, and society. In her various roles as a lecturer, academic unit manager, and social activist in various projects, she has trained and advised schools of all levels, social groups in businesses, youth organizations, and women’s groups to create a diverse, harmonious environment that respects differences and promotes social commitment among youth and students.
Some projects Trinh has participated in under the auspices of the European Union and the US Consulate General, including the Young Integrity Champions under the project Integrity for a Transparent Vietnam” (LIFT VIETNAM); project “Towards the Universal Ratification and Domestication of ILO C190” (Towards ratification and adaptation of the ILO convention C190 on ending violence and harassment in the workplace); project “Gender Equality Across Vietnam Industries”; project Gender Spring School; project “The Beauty of Gender Inclusion in Career Orientation” and the project “Women In Tech”.
These training workshops can be tailored to the specific needs and goals of the resort staff. Professor Park Jong Ryul
Director of Korean Studies Center
graduated from Seoul National University, Korea’s top university, and has a lot of experience working in various companies and educational institutions. Above all, he taught Korean language and Korean law to foreign students at Ajou University in Korea, and has been teaching Korean law for about 10 years since 2008. He lectured on Korean studies at Dalat University in Vietnam as a visiting professor of Korean studies and director of the Korea-Vietnam Center.
In addition, since TBD University opened the Department of Korean Studies in 2017, Professor Park has been teaching Korean language, culture, literature, and the Korean economy to students in the Department of Korean Studies. It was also arranged. In addition, he gave special lectures on ‘Koreans and Korean culture’ at Hotels and Resorts in Nha Trang, receiving many positive reviews.
He also asked students to have dreams and hopes through career counseling and to become leaders in the future.
Dr. Truong Anh Tuan
Head of the Chinese Department
Has extensive multidisciplinary and multi-professional experience. Graduating with a degree in Chinese Language Education at Huflit University in 2002, he continued his studies in China with a Master’s in Tourism Management in 2005 and a Ph.D. in Chinese Literature in 2008.
For over 15 years, Dr. Truong Anh Tuan has been involved in teaching Chinese language and management as the Head of the Chinese Language Department at Khanh Hoa University and Thai Binh Duong University.
Thanks to his practical experience in business administration, he has developed a Chinese language academic program that suits the practical needs in Vietnam while applying modern, effective teaching methods. This has helped many generations of students turn their passion for language into a stable career.
Nguyen Thuan Tuyet Suong
Deputy Head of the English Department, Institute of International Education
Nguyen Thuan Tuyet Suong is currently the Deputy Head of the English Department of the Institute of International Education, Thai Binh Duong University. She holds a Master’s degree in English from the University of Danang.
Suong has more than 14 years of teaching experience and in the past years she was involved in different roles in some educational institutions in Vietnam, including English teacher of Vietnam Australia International School, Head of Academic Affairs of New Era English Center, English lecturer of Khanh Hoa University.
Suong has been facilitating several English courses for Tourism and Business and has conducted some research on tourism with the Faculty of Tourism and PUM experts from Netherlands. Suong is also interested in enhancing English teaching methods in order to make English lessons interesting to students.
Tran Thi Phi Anh
Tran Thi Phi Anh currently is a lecturer at the Faculty of Tourism, Thai Binh Duong University. She believes that empirical experiences and academic research are suitable teaching methods for students. To do that, Phi Anh spent almost eight years working in different sizes and positions in Hospitality and Tourism areas in Vietnam and abroad, such as Sheraton Hotel, Six Senses Spa & Resort, Cat Tien National Park, E’ventide Motel in the States, etc.
Returning to Vietnam from Ireland after completing her Master’s degree, she chose to be a lecturer at Hoa Sen University, visiting lecturer at Vatel and different universities at Ho Chi Minh City.
In addition to teaching at Thai Binh Duong University, Phi Anh also has some typical contributions such as establishing the Industry Advisory Board that connects leaders with different roles in Hospitality and Tourism who advise on teaching curricula and updated trends in the industry; the project coordinator between the Faculty of Tourism and PUM experts from Netherlands to conduct research on wellness tourism, tourism related to medicinal herbs and indigenous culture, etc., contributing to improving research capacity of lecturers as well as setting up a new tourism curiculum at Thai Binh Duong University.

Dr. Do Thi Mai Doan Thuc
Vice Dean of Faculty of Tourism
She holds a Ph.D. in Tourism at the University of Algarve, Portugal with the highest qualification “Distinction and Praise”. Before, she completed her MBA degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Queen Margaret University. Her research interest lies in sharing economy, customer behaviors, electronic word-of-mouth, sustainable tourism, and health and quality of life or wellness tourism. Her research is based on trendy issues since she always tries to bridge the gap between theoretical frameworks and practical needs.
She has almost 10 years teaching experience at prestigious universities in Vietnam and also a freelance coach about soft-skills to international students. Moreover, her international educational background, overseas working and travel experience has broadened her mindset in the hospitality and tourism field towards more approachable and effective ways, especially in a cross-cultural context.
Quach Dinh Hung
Quach Dinh Hung is a sustainability professional with 5 years of experience in the field. He earned his Master’s degree from University of Leuven (KU Leuven) in Belgium, where he gained a deep understanding of sustainable development and environmental management.
Hung has worked as a sustainability supervisor at Six Senses Ninh Van Bay, where he oversaw a range of sustainability projects aimed at reducing the resort’s environmental impact. In addition to his expertise in sustainability, Đình Hùng has a keen interest in communications. He believes that effective communication is a crucial component of any successful sustainability initiative, and he has worked to develop communication strategies that engage and educate stakeholders about the importance of sustainable practices. Hung is currently an assistant to the Board of Directors at Thai Binh Duong University and has co-founded EcoLab – an ecological laboratory club at the university.
Dinh Thuy Nga
Dinh Thuy Nga is currently a lecturer at the Faculty of Law & Government of Thai Binh Duong University. Her teaching portfolio includes courses on Human Rights, Water: Addressing Global Issues, and other courses related to sustainable development. In 2018, she earned her Master’s degree in Human Rights from Mahidol University in Thailand. Her research interest is about environmental justice and education for sustainable development.
Prior to her academic career, Nga garnered 3 years of professional experience working with different non-profit organizations, which instilled in her a deep sense of social responsibility. She remains committed to empowering young people and has co-founded and currently serves as an advisor for EcoLab – an ecological laboratory club at her university.
