On the morning of June 2, 2023, following an invitation from the leadership of the 5-star L’Alya resort, the Institute of International Education (IIE) of Thai Binh Duong University carried out the personnel interview phase for all operational units of the resort. This is the second step in the training needs analysis process. The first step involved observing and interviewing the resort’s leadership about the overall human resources situation and development needs of the resort.

Dr. Minh-Anh Nguyen, the Director of the IIE and an expert in personnel psychology and organizational behavior training, along with IIE specialist Ha Vu Bao Nhi, conducted interviews with 14 staff members from various units, age groups, genders, and job scopes. These are the staff members recommended by the resort. Everyone was enthusiastic and looking forward to the first training course at L’Alya, Ninh Van Bay.
