In pursuit of developing a “work-ready” graduate program and fostering a bridge for students to access governmental bodies, career guidance, and early internships from their very first year, Thai Binh Duong University recently orchestrated a momentous collaboration ceremony with the People’s Court of Nha Trang City (Khanh Hoa Province).
With the earnest desire to promote cooperation, on the 6th of February, Thai Binh Duong University (TBD) and the People’s Court of Nha Trang City (TAND) consummated a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
Attending this prestigious event, TBD was graced by the presence of Dr. Pham Quoc Loc, President of Thai Binh Duong University; Dr. Le Anh Van, Chief of Staff; M.A. Nguyen Huu Quy, Deputy Head of the Faculty of Law and State Management; M.A. Nguyen Dang Khoa, M.A. Dinh Thi Thuy Nga, lecturers from the Faculty of Law and State Management.
On behalf of the People’s Court of Nha Trang City, present were Dr. Vo Quoc Tuan, Chief Justice of the Nha Trang City People’s Court, Party Committee member, Secretary of the Nha Trang City People’s Court Party Committee; M.A. Phan Thanh Tung, Primary Judge; Judge Doan Tuan Anh, Deputy Chief of the Criminal Court; Judge Nguyen Trong Ruc, Deputy Head of the Office; Judge Luong Ngoc Yen Anh, Criminal Court Judge.
This memorandum plays a pivotal role as a shared framework for cooperation between the two institutions, aiming to facilitate cooperation in education, internships, and recruitment. The areas of collaboration between the two parties are exemplified as follows:
Addressing the gathering, Dr. Pham Quoc Loc expressed: “TBD has always emphasized the establishment of a practical training program. Students acquire fundamental knowledge with a strong focus on hands-on experience and real-world applications. The collaboration between TBD and the People’s Court of Nha Trang City opens up numerous opportunities for students and lecturers to gain practical knowledge, solidify their expertise, excel in skills, and be readily prepared to engage in professional work upon graduation without requiring extensive training. With the joint efforts and companionship of both entities, TBD shall cultivate a high-caliber workforce that significantly contributes to societal development.”
